Once we establish we can help and should you decide to proceed our typical broker fee for a First Charge Mortgage will be £995 plus a legal administration fee of £595. However on more complex cases we may charge an increased broker fee, up to a maximum of £1,995. For a Second Charge Mortgage (secured loan) a fee of up to 10 the balance of the Loan advance may be charged. Your advisor will, in all circumstances, confirm all costs.
